Heatmap
The Heatmap panel displays a color-coded amplitude map. Each cell is one channel. Use with MEA 8×8 layout to visualize spatial activity patterns across the electrode array.

A color bar at the bottom shows the amplitude-to-color mapping.
Tips
- Use SPIKE mode to identify the most active electrodes at a glance.
- In MEA 8×8 layout with SPIKE mode, spatial activity propagation patterns become visible.
- Increase the Fade value to catch sparse spiking activity across sweeps.
