Build from Source
If you want to build from source, you need Node.js (v18+), Rust, and the Tauri prerequisites for your OS.
cd hmcls-app
npm install
npm run tauri build
The compiled binary appears in src-tauri/target/release/.
First Launch
On first launch the app opens to the main dashboard and looks for a board on the network. If it finds exactly one, it connects by itself; otherwise open the Board window and pick or enter the address shown on the device screen. See Connecting to a Device to configure your network and connect.
